Family Assistant – Personal & Travel Support (Lisbon)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Family Assistant to support a busy entrepreneur and their family in Lisbon and the surrounding area. This full‑time, highly in‑person role blends personal logistics, travel coordination, calendar and inbox management, and household oversight to create a friction‑free environment for the principal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, errands, bookings, purchases and returns.
• Coordinate appointments, suppliers, deliveries and household services.
• Run a daily priority review with the principal to clear decisions and open loops.
• Protect and organise the principal’s calendar, schedule meetings and personal appointments.
• Filter and triage email, draft replies and, when trusted, respond on behalf of the principal.
• Plan and execute travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, transport, packing lists and on‑site checks.
• Work with household staff and external providers to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Highly organised, discreet and service‑oriented.
• Comfortable making independent decisions and anticipating needs.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
• Flexible schedule with willingness to travel locally and accompany the principal when needed.
