Travel & Lifestyle Manager – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Travel & Lifestyle Manager to support a busy entrepreneur and their family in Lisbon. The role combines personal assistance, travel coordination, and household management to free the principal from routine decisions and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, errands, bookings, purchases and returns for the principal and family.
• Maintain and protect the principal’s calendar, schedule meetings, calls and personal appointments, and filter email communications.
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, transport, restaurant reservations, itineraries, luggage and packing lists.
• Travel ahead of or alongside the principal to ensure smooth arrival, resolve issues and verify accommodations and local services.
• Develop and maintain systems, checklists and routines that streamline personal operations.
• Conduct daily briefings with the principal to review priorities, decisions and open loops.

Required profile

• Highly organized, discreet and service‑oriented.
• Proactive thinker who can anticipate needs and act independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust with the principal.
• Comfortable handling Portuguese administrative tasks and working with household staff and external providers.
• Willingness to travel regularly and work flexibly in an in‑person environment.
