Private Concierge (Lisbon area)

About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Private Concierge to support a busy entrepreneur and their family in Lisbon, Cascais and Oeiras. This full‑time, highly in‑person role focuses on removing administrative friction so the principal can concentrate on business, family and personal well‑being.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics, errands, bookings, purchases and returns.
• Coordinate appointments, suppliers, deliveries and household services.
• Run a personal operating system, creating checklists, routines and daily priority reviews.
• Protect and organise the principal’s calendar, schedule meetings and personal appointments.
• Filter and triage email, draft replies and, when trusted, respond on behalf of the principal.
• Plan and execute travel itineraries, handle flights, hotels, transport, luggage and on‑site logistics.
• Travel ahead of or alongside the principal to ensure seamless experiences.

Required profile

• Highly proactive, discreet and service‑oriented.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to anticipate needs.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to act independently.
• Comfortable handling personal and Portuguese administrative tasks.
