French-Speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for French‑speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our international customer service projects in Portugal. The role involves delivering professional assistance to customers in French through phone, email and chat, ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support in French via phone, email and chat.
• Assist with inquiries, orders, bookings, accounts, payments and general requests.
• Identify and resolve issues efficiently while maintaining accurate interaction records.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary and meet quality, productivity and satisfaction targets.

Required profile

• French language proficiency at C1/C2 level (excellent written and spoken communication).
• English proficiency of at least B2 level.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with professional approach.
• Good computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
