Customer Service Representative – 6‑Month Fixed‑Term

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join Carwow’s support team in Porto on a six‑month fixed‑term contract. You will be the first point of contact for users and dealers, delivering assistance across phone, email, live chat and messaging while helping to create a “WOW” experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide empathetic, personalised support in line with Carwow’s standards.
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, live chat and messaging, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Aim for first‑contact resolution to minimise escalations.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and contact drivers.
• Prioritise urgent requests and manage workload efficiently.
• Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
• Listen to feedback and act on it to improve processes.
• Deliver clear insights from customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Required profile

• Experience working in a contact‑centre environment handling high volumes of inbound calls, emails and chats.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication skills with empathy, active listening and emotional intelligence.
• Problem‑solving mindset, quick thinking and initiative.
• Adaptable, resourceful and comfortable in a fast‑growing scale‑up.
• Willingness to work 5 shifts per week, including weekends and public holidays, with a rotating Saturday schedule.
