Turkish-Speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

Join a leading global tech and social media platform as a brand ambassador and digital consultant in Lisbon. You will support small and mid‑sized businesses by resolving technical issues, handling client inquiries, and helping merchants optimise their advertising performance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide omnichannel customer care via live chat, email ticketing, and inbound/outbound phone calls.
• Investigate and resolve account configuration, billing, ad performance, and system‑glitch issues.
• Coach business clients on self‑service features to increase autonomy and campaign efficiency.
• Identify trends in technical errors or platform bugs and forward actionable data to engineering teams.
• Accurately document interactions in the internal CRM while complying with data‑protection guidelines.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken and written Turkish with B2+ English proficiency.
• Legal authorization to work on‑site in Portugal (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong computer literacy and ability to multitask across browser tabs, CRM tools, and chat software.
• Willingness to work rotating schedules, including occasional weekends.
• Background in customer success, contact‑center, BPO or digital media is a plus.
