About the role
A well‑established company operating across Europe is expanding its English‑speaking team and is hiring a Customer Support representative based in Lisbon, Portugal. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping resolve their questions and issues with professionalism and care.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email.
- Provide accurate, friendly, and efficient support.
- Keep internal systems updated with case details.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required profile
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
- Eligible to work in the EU (EU citizenship, valid work permit, or equivalent).
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, customer‑facing environment.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
