Polish‑speaking Customer Support Representative – Lisbon

About the role

We are seeking Polish‑speaking Customer Experience Professionals with strong English communication skills to join our international team in Lisbon. You will provide high‑quality support for globally recognised brands, ensuring a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, personalised assistance via phone, email and chat, documenting every interaction in internal systems.
• Handle post‑sales queries such as order tracking, warranties, returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds.
• Support inbound sales by identifying customer needs, recommending products and contributing to revenue growth.
• Process orders, update CRM records and maintain accurate, confidential customer data.
• Consistently meet operational KPIs, quality standards and quarterly performance targets.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Polish (C1/C2) and good command of English (minimum B2).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset, problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target‑driven, dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
• Attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple requests efficiently.

Required skills

• Polish language proficiency (C1/C2).
• English language proficiency (B2+).
