Senior IT Support

About the role

GuardarInteger, a Portuguese consulting firm specialized in technology and information systems, is looking for a Senior IT Support professional. You will join a team that delivers IT outsourcing, software development, near‑shore projects and tailor‑made solutions for national and multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 and Level 2 support tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate with the Head of Daily Operations to review and address Level 3 tickets.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements such as refresher sessions, user documentation, and process enhancements.
• Work with Learning Management System tools; experience with CSOD LMS is a plus.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support (L1/L2).
• Mandatory hands‑on experience with ServiceNow.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proactive attitude toward ticket reduction and service improvement.
