Professional Services Manager – French Speaker

About the role

Nextlane is seeking a French‑speaking Professional Services Manager to build and lead a new Centre of Excellence. This greenfield position will shape the delivery of implementation, deployment, training, and consulting services for automotive software solutions across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of Professional Services consultants and delivery specialists.
• Define team structure, utilization models, career paths, and a strong delivery culture focused on customer ownership.
• Act as escalation point for complex projects and customer situations.
• Lead onboarding programs and structured knowledge transfer from existing regions.
• Develop and maintain delivery methodologies, templates, and best practices to ensure consistent quality.
• Own the project portfolio, managing implementations, upgrades, and training within scope, timelines, and commercial targets.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges while continuously improving efficiency.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers throughout implementation and collaborate with Sales on pre‑sales support and handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and leading professional services or consulting teams.
• Strong strategic ownership combined with hands‑on leadership.
• Ability to work across multiple European countries and foster cross‑border collaboration.
• Fluent French language skills and excellent communication abilities.
