About the role

MORO TECH is looking for an experienced Pre‑Sales & Account Manager to drive business growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting the full sales lifecycle. The role sits at the intersection of sales, consulting, and customer success, requiring commercial acumen, technical understanding, and cross‑cultural communication.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop new customers while expanding business with existing accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts and follow up on leads.
  • Increase sales revenue, meet or exceed targets and budgets.
  • Meet clients, prospects, partners, and affiliates both on‑site and remotely.
  • Understand client requirements and develop scalable, tailor‑made proposals.
  • Lead customer‑related activities and oversee account performance end‑to‑end.
  • Support the AM/Pre‑Sales team, coach junior members, and suggest new projects.
  • Explore opportunities in new markets and promote internal principles such as TBP/TPS/JKK.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, pre‑sales, or sales within the IT industry.
  • Proven experience in pre‑sales, account management, or customer success.
  • Experience in the automotive sector or large industrial conglomerates is a strong plus.
  • Solid understanding of EU legislation and best practices related to Data and AI security.
  • Strong project‑management background with relevant tools and methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in cross‑cultural, international environments.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are an asset.
  • Highly organized, autonomous, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
