QA Test Manager (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned QA Test Manager who is fluent in French and English to lead testing activities for our insurance projects. Based in Lisbon with a hybrid work model, you will coordinate QA teams, define test strategies, and ensure high‑quality delivery for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all testing phases, from planning to execution.
• Manage QA teams and facilitate stakeholder meetings.
• Define test strategies, prepare detailed test plans, and drive test campaigns.
• Monitor test execution (recette) and manage TNR scopes such as Dommages.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of test results.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Analyst or Test Lead.
• Proven experience in coordinating testing activities and managing QA teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and project monitoring skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• ISTQB Test Manager certification is a plus.
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
