Recruiter (Hybrid) – Mortágua/Porto

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for our wind and industrial service divisions. Working from one of our offices in Mortágua or Porto, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver a seamless, positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop clear, targeted job advertisements and publish them on the most relevant platforms.
• Proactively source talent through professional networks, industry events, and market‑specific channels.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and create shortlists of qualified candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in interview panels, verify credentials, and assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Provide structured candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
• Communicate outcomes, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding with internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience independently managing full recruitment cycles.
• Strong sourcing capabilities, including engaging passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills with a professional communication style.
• Knowledge of HR compliance and international recruitment regulations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and market insights for decision‑making.
