Training Officer

About the role

The Training Officer will lead the delivery of BNP Paribas' annual learning agenda, ensuring employees have access to high‑quality development opportunities that support the bank’s strategic goals. This role combines programme management, reporting, and stakeholder support across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Annual Training plan, uploading, testing and assigning courses according to the roadmap.
• Produce training reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Segment employee populations, manage waiting lists, external registrations and training evaluations.
• Organise face‑to‑face sessions, handling logistics, attendance tracking, materials, quizzes and statistics.
• Support global departments and training referents on training offers and queries.
• Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness, delivering monthly results reports.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers, creating sessions on the learning platform.
• Assist in designing and developing training programmes, selecting appropriate learning methods.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and stay updated on training trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Fluency in English.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
