Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

Kolsquare is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruitment function across the group. Reporting to the VP People, you will be responsible for delivering a seamless hiring experience, strengthening the employer brand and supporting onboarding for new talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and HR partners to define talent needs and align recruitment strategies with business objectives.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for all Kolsquare teams, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and managers.
• Develop and promote Kolsquare’s employer brand to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and new‑hire integration activities across the group.
• Provide trusted advisory support on talent market trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment within a fast‑growing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and influence hiring decisions.
• Passion for building inclusive and high‑performing teams.
