IT Recruiter – Hybrid (Lisbon)

About the role

KCS IT is seeking an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our Lisbon hub. Working in a hybrid model (two days a week in the office), you will partner with business managers to attract and select top IT talent for a variety of client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse hiring needs together with Business Managers.
• Prepare and publish job announcements on multiple platforms.
• Screen CVs and conduct phone surveys when needed.
• Source candidates through professional networks and social media.
• Interview candidates and compile interview reports for managers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 2‑3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proven experience recruiting IT profiles.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Results‑oriented attitude with a commitment to quality.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
