Receptionist – Luxury Hotel Front Desk

About the role

As a Receptionist at JNcQUOI Club House, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, embodying the brand’s hospitality standards. Your warm and professional presence will turn routine check‑ins into memorable experiences and ensure every visitor feels instantly at home.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a warm, personalized welcome and farewell to all guests.
• Handle check‑in, check‑out, reservations, and room allocations with precision.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns.
• Assist in supervising and mentoring junior front‑desk team members.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure room readiness.
• Manage VIP arrivals and special guest requirements.
• Ensure accurate billing, payments, and cash procedures.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and health & safety regulations.
• Support the Front Desk Supervisor in daily operations and special projects.
• Act as a role model for service excellence and luxury hospitality standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a receptionist in luxury hotels or boutique properties.
• Strong knowledge of front office operations, reservation systems, and guest services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with luxury hospitality standards.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
