Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner (Remote, Portugal)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Partner to join our partner network in Portugal. This remote position offers the chance to manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technology, engineering and business functions while working independently and accessing global hiring opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement for roles in software engineering, AI, cloud, cybersecurity, data and leadership.
• Translate client hiring needs into effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
• Conduct recruiter interviews to assess technical fit, motivation and availability.
• Coordinate interview schedules, maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams, and ensure a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to improve placement success and hiring efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within competitive markets.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously and build trusted relationships with candidates and clients.
• Strong understanding of technical roles such as software engineering, AI/ML, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, data engineering and product management.

Required skills

• Advanced sourcing techniques using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and Boolean search.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excel for data tracking and reporting.
