People Specialist – Rewards & Compensation

About the role

The People team at Revolut is dedicated to delivering a seamless employee experience, from onboarding to ongoing development. As a People Specialist focused on Rewards, you will ensure our compensation and benefits programs stay ahead of market trends and support our fast‑growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage market practice and trends to keep Revolut at the forefront of compensation and benefits issues.
• Lead the annual benefit policy lifecycle, handling vendor negotiations and internal roll‑out.
• Provide end‑to‑end support for annual compensation planning, including benchmarking, survey submission, and salary reviews.
• Review and update compensation and benefits procedures, policies, and data repositories.
• Support the implementation of new compensation and benefits policies globally, ensuring consistency and compliance.
• Assist the Compensation and Rewards team on ad‑hoc projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years of corporate or consulting experience in Rewards or HR.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and data management abilities.
• Creative problem‑solving and innovative thinking.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build strong internal and external partnerships.
• Excellent planning and project management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Commitment to operational excellence.
