Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support rapid growth by managing end‑to‑end recruitment activities. Based in Portugal and working fully remote, you will source, screen, and onboard high‑quality candidates, especially for technical and IT positions, across global talent markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Proactively source candidates via job boards, professional networks, social platforms, technical communities, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines, converting passive prospects into active candidates.
• Conduct structured interviews to assess qualifications, technical background, communication skills, and fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, offer presentation, and onboarding logistics.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Utilize ATS and modern sourcing tools to optimize hiring workflows.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for technology, IT, or specialized technical roles is highly desirable.
• Exceptional written and spoken English for professional interviews and outreach.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
