Senior HR Specialist, Customer Onboarding

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, client‑focused Senior HR Specialist to lead customer onboarding for our strategic clients. You will be the primary point of contact from contract signature through successful employee onboarding across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships and guide them through the full onboarding lifecycle.
• Lead onboarding sessions, set expectations on process, timelines, and roles.
• Partner with clients on country rollout strategy, prioritising markets for efficient expansion.
• Provide consultative guidance on global hiring, benefits benchmarking and statutory requirements.
• Act as a product expert, helping clients navigate Pebl’s platform.
• Maintain visibility of onboarding progress, communicating updates, risks and next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Finance and other teams to ensure a frictionless experience.
• Support high‑volume hiring and expansion into new countries while standardising processes.

Required profile

• 7+ years of business experience in customer‑facing, operational excellence roles.
• Experience in SaaS or technology‑driven environments, preferably with global or high‑growth focus.
• Strong project/program management skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset with high ownership.
• Business proficiency in English; other languages a plus.
