Team Lead Recruiter – Technology

About the role

Accenture is seeking a seasoned Team Lead Recruiter to drive high‑volume technology hiring across its global corporate functions. You will lead a talented recruitment team, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and partner closely with business leaders to meet strategic workforce needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a high‑performing recruitment team, delivering against hiring targets, quality standards and timelines.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for technology roles, maintaining a consistent candidate experience.
• Serve as escalation point for complex hiring needs, stakeholder alignment and process challenges.
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define effective hiring strategies.
• Oversee and optimise recruitment processes for efficiency, scalability and best‑practice alignment.
• Coach, develop and provide continuous feedback to recruiters.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, offer acceptance) and make data‑driven decisions.
• Ensure effective use of recruitment systems and tools across the team.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction for technology profiles.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and data‑privacy standards.
• Collaborate with HR, onboarding and operations to ensure a smooth hiring journey.

Required profile

• University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a comparable field.
• 7+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on technology roles.
• Proven experience managing recruitment teams in high‑volume environments.
• Deep understanding of tech profiles such as Software Engineering, Data and SAP.
• Experience with recruitment systems and tools.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and influencing abilities.
• Track record in fast‑paced, target‑driven settings.
• Professional English (C1) – spoken and written.
• Collaborative mindset within distributed, cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive ownership, structured problem‑solving and effective prioritisation.
