HR Manager – Global Business Services Center

About the role

The HR Manager leads the people strategy for the Global Business Services (GBS) Center, acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership. The role is hands‑on, covering recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance, compensation, engagement and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Align people initiatives with business needs, support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness and change management.
• Attract and recruit talent in competitive markets, build talent pipelines and strengthen employer branding.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and develop high‑potential employees through learning and internal mobility.
• Drive employee engagement, inclusion and a customer‑centric culture, supporting leaders to build motivated teams.
• Ensure efficient, compliant HR processes, leverage HR data and digital tools for continuous improvement.
• Maintain labor‑law compliance, manage employee relations, reporting and governance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• Solid HR experience in international, fast‑paced environments with expertise in talent acquisition, talent management and organizational transformation.
• Professional English proficiency; additional languages are a plus.
• Strategic, business‑oriented mindset with strong customer focus and change‑leadership skills.
