IT Recruiter – Build Strong Tech Teams

About the role

We’re looking for a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage hiring processes for technical and managerial roles for local and international clients, with a focus on the Portuguese market. This role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, active sourcing, and building long‑term relationships with IT professionals while contributing to the company’s strong employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical (Junior–Senior) and managerial positions.
• Actively acquire candidates through databases, direct search, and outreach.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals.
• Develop and improve recruitment tools and processes.
• Represent and promote a positive company image on the market.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar recruitment role.
• Good command of English (part of the team is English‑speaking).
• Strong communication skills.
• Creative and results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Nice to have: experience in IT outsourcing or IT consulting environments.
