Recruitment Specialist (Lisbon)

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing and screening candidates for client positions, conducting interviews and providing role information.
• Submitting candidate CVs with evaluations, matching jobs to candidates, and posting adverts to attract top talent.
• Managing the full recruitment process, coordinating interview schedules, and delivering timely feedback to both candidates and clients.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or Talent Sourcer.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Proficiency in using various recruitment platforms and sourcing tools.
