HR Coordinator

About the role

Superior Wellness is seeking an HR Coordinator to support day‑to‑day HR operations across its fast‑growing wellness product business in Portugal. You will act as a trusted point of contact for employees and help ensure HR processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a confidential, approachable HR service for all staff.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, probation, and employee‑exit procedures.
• Maintain accurate, secure employee records and HR information.
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently.
• Gather and forward payroll data to the Group Payroll Lead on schedule.
• Manage the Training Matrix and monitor completion of mandatory training.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and promptly flag any risks or concerns.

Required profile

• Dynamic, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Strong ability to learn and adapt quickly.
• Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources.
• Proficiency in HR software.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
