Talent Management Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Management Specialist at EY, you will support a wide range of talent initiatives that drive employee development, engagement and experience. Working closely with the Talent team and business stakeholders, you will help shape performance management, career development and talent analytics across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute performance management and talent development processes.
• Prepare reports, analyses, dashboards and presentations to enable data‑driven decisions.
• Contribute to career development, counselling, learning, professional growth and DE&I initiatives.
• Support employee experience, engagement and people‑listening programmes, identifying insights and improvement opportunities.
• Develop communications, presentations, guidelines and materials for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on talent transformation and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Maintain and analyse talent‑related data, ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Assist in the implementation of strategic talent projects and enhance talent processes and employee journeys.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Management or a related field.
• University degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Experience with HR systems and talent‑related reporting is a plus.
