Talent Acquisition Recruiter (Remote, US East Coast focus)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter based in Europe to support our clients with recruiting projects focused on the U.S. East Coast. This fully remote, full‑time role involves managing end‑to‑end hiring processes for technology companies.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for GTM and other technology positions across the U.S. East Coast.
• Source, engage, and assess candidates using advanced headhunting techniques.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end recruitment experience, preferably in technology sectors.
• Demonstrated success recruiting GTM roles for tech companies.
• Strong knowledge of the U.S. hiring market, especially the East Coast.
• Native‑level or near‑native English proficiency.
• Ability to work on U.S. East Coast time zones from a European location.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a fast‑paced remote environment.
• Available to start immediately.
