Talent Acquisition Manager – French Speaker

About the role

Quanteam, a consulting firm specialized in Banking and Financial Services, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager who is fluent in French. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to attract top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end hiring processes from requisition intake to offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and align recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and proactive outreach.
• Conduct CV screening, phone interviews and competency‑based interviews, and present shortlists.
• Promote employer branding across recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, conversion rates) and produce reports.
• Continuously improve hiring workflows, interview structures and candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and ensure GDPR compliance.

Required profile

• Experience in in‑house or agency recruitment, preferably in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Degree in HR, Psychology, Management or a related field.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €20,000 and €30,000, based on experience.
