Staffing & Resource Manager

About the role

As a Staffing & Resource Manager at Devoteam, you will oversee the talent pipeline, ensuring client requests for specific profiles are met quickly through internal resources or external recruitment. You will act as the bridge between sales, consultants and clients to deliver the right talent at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and prioritise client needs by collaborating with sales, gathering requirements and aligning requests with company goals.
• Source and match consultants by identifying, screening and preparing candidates for interviews and presenting them to clients.
• Facilitate the placement process, coordinating interviews, gathering feedback and helping close deals for smooth transitions.
• Ensure successful delivery by overseeing contract compliance, managing replacements when needed and maintaining ongoing communication.
• Maintain records and reporting, tracking candidate information, placements and resourcing activities and providing regular reports to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in resource management, IT recruitment or technical staffing operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and prioritisation skills.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on speed and quality.
• Collaborative team player.
