About the Role
Join an international leader in customer experience as an Outbound Sales Specialist on a flagship financial services and consumer credit project based in Lisbon. In this role, you will be the primary phone contact for qualified prospects, responsible for presenting tailored financial solutions, guiding clients through the subscription process, and turning every call into a lasting business opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Active Prospecting: Make daily calls to qualified leads to showcase financial products, highlight their key benefits, and communicate value to clients.
Consultative Sales: Analyze each prospective client's specific needs, recommend the most suitable financial products, and present terms clearly and persuasively.
Objection Handling: Address client inquiries, resolve potential concerns, and build rapport and trust from the initial contact.
Subscription Support: Walk interested leads step-by-step through the application process—from document collection to final approval.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and conversion metrics.
Administrative Tracking: Accurately record all phone interactions in the CRM, maintain high data quality standards, and generate required performance reports.
Requirements & Candidate Profile
Language Skills: Native or fluent command of European Portuguese (oral and written). Proficiency in English is a strong advantage.
Experience: Proven track record in telesales, call centers, or direct sales—preferably within the banking, credit, or financial services sector.
Sales Drive: Strong natural ability to persuade, negotiate, and thrive in a target-driven, quota-oriented environment.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, active listening abilities, and the skill to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
Mindset: High level of resilience, self-motivation, initiative, and the ability to handle pressure and bounce back quickly.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM platforms and standard office productivity suites (Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint).
