Customer Support Representative (French)

About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon as a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative. You will handle product troubleshooting and support cases through email and chat, working closely with product and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and user experience from day one.
• Manage end‑to‑end product troubleshooting and resolve customer queries across email and chat channels.
• Collaborate with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams to address technical and product‑related issues.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction by providing timely updates and meeting service level commitments.

Required profile

• Native or fluent French (C2) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Experience in paid campaign management and a degree in Marketing or related field.
• Background in Digital Marketing, preferably within an Ad Tech contact‑centre environment.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising.
