Customer Support Representative (Spanish)

About the role

Join a global customer experience company supporting a leading online travel and accommodation marketplace. As a Spanish‑speaking Customer Support Representative you will be the first point of contact for users, handling inquiries via voice, chat and email.

Key responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient support as the first point of contact for a global community of users.
• Handle and resolve customer issues across inbound calls, chats and emails.
• Identify and appropriately escalate complex issues.
• Write thoughtful, accurate responses and customise prepared templates for customer communications.
• Research and troubleshoot problems using available resources.
• Arbitrate between users when needed and manage multiple concurrent tasks effectively.

Required profile

• Spanish at C2 level and English at B2 level.
• High school diploma.
• Customer service skills, including complaint handling, troubleshooting and problem solving.
• EU citizenship.
• Based in Lisbon or willing to relocate to Porto.
• Available for on‑site work on rotational shifts within a 24/7 operation.

Required skills

• Spanish language proficiency (C2).
• English language proficiency (B2).
