German-speaking Customer Support Representative

About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon as a German-speaking Customer Support Representative. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve customer issues, and ensure high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage both incoming and outgoing customer calls.
• Investigate and resolve buyer, seller, customer, or creator issues, including order and logistics inquiries.
• Review reported cases within established turnaround times and quality standards.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues according to company protocols.

Required profile

• Native or fluent German (verbal and written) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Ability to listen actively, explain services clearly, and solve issues on first contact.
• Experience in a contact centre or customer service role (preferred).
• Comfortable handling stressful situations and working rotating 24/7 shifts.
