About the role
Provide support to small and medium sized businesses in Portuguese and English, handling queries via chat, email and telephone, and assist with pre‑ and post‑sales for self‑service advertising products.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve technical issues, report bugs and guide users on the advertising platform.
- Identify trends, solve problems for multiple SMB clients and maintain administrative forms.
Required profile
- Native or fluent Russian (oral and written) and English at B2 level or higher.
- Excellent communication, resourceful and calm under pressure, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
