Customer Support Representative (Arabic) – Lisbon

About the role

Join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Lisbon as an Arabic‑speaking Customer Support Representative. You will work on‑site, handling product troubleshooting and customer queries across email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to improve service quality and user experience from day one.
• Manage end‑to‑end product troubleshooting and support cases, owning each query.
• Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve technical and product‑related issues.
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction by providing timely updates and meeting service level commitments.
• Educate advertisers on product features, best practices, and common issues.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Arabic (Egypt, Jordan, UAE) and fluent English (minimum B2).
• Experience in paid campaign management and a degree in Marketing or related field.
• Background in Digital Marketing and experience in a contact centre or service environment within Ad Tech.
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Ability to work 24/7 shift rotation, both independently and as part of a team.
