About the role

Konecta is looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to strengthen its recruitment team in Lisbon. You will own the full hiring cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position offers a hybrid work environment within an international, fast‑moving team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for multiple business units.
• Source and attract high‑quality talent through diverse channels.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide hiring recommendations.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies.
• Maintain a positive candidate journey and employer brand.
• Support recruitment projects across various markets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in high‑volume or fast‑paced settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proactive, organized, and results‑driven mindset.
• Fluent English (mandatory); additional languages are a strong advantage.
