HR Specialist – French Speaker

About the role

Join a multinational company's Shared Services Centre in Lisbon as an HR Specialist supporting the employee life‑cycle and delivering high‑quality HR services. This role focuses on HR administration, data integrity and compliance with French labour legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage onboarding, offboarding and employee documentation, including contracts and amendments.
• Maintain organisational structures, cost centres and employee master data in HR systems.
• Handle time‑management activities such as absence tracking, holiday entitlement adjustments and system corrections.
• Support payroll processes, reporting and payment validation, and reconcile leave and social‑security payments.
• Ensure compliance with French labour legislation and internal HR policies while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or related field (preferred).
• 2‑5 years of experience in HR administration, operations or payroll support.
• Fluency in French (minimum B2) and good working proficiency in English (minimum B1/B2).
• Strong organisational, multitasking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Adaptable, proactive, curious and able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
