German Speaking Talent Acquisition Partner

About the role

As a German speaking Talent Acquisition Partner at Avantor, you will research, engage and provide talent to drive scientific innovation across European markets, focusing on the DACH region.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, job boards, networking and referrals.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct market mapping, talent benchmarking and provide data‑driven insights on salary and competitor landscape.
• Screen candidates (CV review and phone/virtual interviews) and deliver well‑qualified shortlists to hiring managers.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring strategy and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent sourcing/recruitment, preferably in‑house or RPO.
• Strong expertise in active sourcing, market mapping and candidate engagement.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
