HR Learning & Development Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious HR Learning & Development Specialist to design, coordinate and monitor training programs across our organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify learning needs and deliver effective development solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyze training needs in collaboration with business units.
• Research, select, and manage relationships with external training suppliers and partners.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate internal and external training activities, including upskilling and reskilling initiatives.
• Administer all training processes, track participation, and report learning metrics and effectiveness.
• Explore innovative digital learning platforms and AI‑powered technologies to enhance learning experiences.

Required profile

• Academic degree in Human Resources.
• 2‑4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination or Talent Development.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple initiatives.
• Proactive attitude with a continuous‑improvement mindset.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Ability to work with learning analytics, KPIs and reporting tools.
