About the role
As a Presales Engineer for NetApp at Arrow, you will work closely with sales teams to promote and sell NetApp solutions. You will deliver demos, training, and technical support while representing Arrow at technology events.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and consultancy to customers and partners.
- Develop and define Bill of Materials (BOM) for sales opportunities.
- Deliver customized demonstrations, presentations, workshops and webinars.
- Participate in technology fairs and events to showcase solutions.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience as a presales engineer.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Strong communication, negotiation and customer‑orientation skills.
- Passion for learning new technologies and obtaining vendor certifications.
Required skills
- Hands‑on knowledge of NetApp products.
- Experience creating technical Bill of Materials.
