About the role

Join Bounce’s Sales Academy as a Market Launcher and embark on a 5‑month internship designed to jump‑start your sales career. You’ll receive full training, mentorship, and hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Bounce’s network across Europe by identifying and closing supply gaps.
• Conduct cold calls, emails and outreach to prospective local businesses.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery call to onboarding the partner.
• Collaborate with your manager to pinpoint expansion opportunities and generate your own leads.

Required profile

• Fluent in English; additional European language is a plus.
• High‑energy, self‑starter with a strong desire to learn and achieve results.
• Comfortable making a high volume of sales calls and handling rejection.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
