German‑Speaking Sales Development Representative – Lisbon

About the role

Pleo is looking for a German‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join its fast‑growing Sales Hub in Lisbon. You will help expand Pleo’s footprint in the DACH region by generating qualified leads for the Account Executives and supporting the company’s rapid growth in spend‑management SaaS.

Key responsibilities

• Build a pipeline through cold calling, social and email outreach targeting senior finance leaders.
• Qualify prospects and hand them over to Account Executives.
• Nurture relationships with potential customers and share best practices with the team.
• Meet daily and weekly revenue targets using top‑of‑the‑line prospecting tools.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑related role (sales, finance or consulting preferred).
• Highly motivated, ambitious and comfortable with cold calling.
• Goal‑oriented, thrives on sales targets and enjoys helping teammates succeed.
• Fluent in English and German.

Required skills

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM and prospecting tools for outbound outreach.
