Customer Success Manager II

About the role

Join Pleo’s Customer Experience team to help SMB and Mid‑Market customers in the UK & Ireland adopt and expand the use of Pleo’s expense management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Nurture and support expansion opportunities within the existing customer base.
• Act as a trusted product advisor, guiding customers to optimise value‑add with the tool.
• Own the adoption journey for your portfolio after onboarding.
• Collaborate with product, services, marketing, support and other internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Handle inbound communications across email, Intercom and other channels, qualifying and triaging requests.
• Develop key customers into advocates for Pleo and the fintech community.
• Monitor health scores and product adoption to proactively prevent churn.
• Bridge customer feedback to the product team to enhance product‑market fit.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management, sales or customer success.
• Positive, energetic mindset that inspires customers and colleagues.
• Strong empathy and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑driven, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Fluent English.
