People Support Services Team Leader

About the role

The People Support Services (PSS) Team Leader will drive HR operational excellence in Lisbon by leveraging data, processes, and people leadership. You will partner with management to deliver reliable HR insights and ensure a consistent, high‑quality employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support the PSS team in daily HR operations, maintaining service quality and consistency.
• Provide management with HR data, dashboards, and reports to inform decision‑making.
• Monitor, analyse, and optimise HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy, coherence, and integrity across HR systems and reporting.
• Identify process gaps and propose practical, business‑oriented solutions.
• Offer cross‑functional HR support and guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of HR data quality standards.
• Champion continuous‑improvement initiatives and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR Data & Processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Leadership skills to coordinate, support, and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication skills in English and a proactive, solution‑oriented attitude.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of HR systems, data quality principles, and reporting tools.
