Senior Recruiter – Tech & Commercial Hiring

About the role

Joom Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter to lead hiring for both technical and commercial positions across its international e‑commerce businesses. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, experiment with new sourcing methods and AI‑driven tools, and help shape a faster, sharper hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle hiring for tech and non‑tech roles, from backend and ML engineers to product, marketing and sales positions.
• Run hiring experiments – new sourcing channels, outreach formats, assessment methods, AI‑driven workflows – measure impact and scale successful approaches.
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates, map talent markets and build pipelines for future needs.
• Act as a thought partner to hiring managers: shape role profiles, align on hiring bar and provide market insights.
• Negotiate and close offers with highly competitive candidates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience with hands‑on hiring for both tech and non‑tech roles.
• Strong direct sourcing skills demonstrated by hires that originated from your outreach.
• Experience using or building AI tools in daily workflow with concrete examples of improved speed or quality.
• Track record of changing hiring processes, running experiments and learning from results.
• Solid understanding of typical tech stacks used in e‑commerce and B2B platforms.
• Experience working with demanding stakeholders, including first‑time hiring managers.
