Middle Contact Center Agent – Roadside Assistance (German)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Middle Contact Center Agent to provide German‑language roadside assistance remotely. You will act as the first point of contact for customers needing technical help, ensuring safe, professional, and timely support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver roadside assistance services via phone and remote tools.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and technical issues.
• Identify customer needs and guide them through product features.
• Analyse and report product malfunctions.
• Update internal databases with technical issue details and customer interactions.
• Inform customers about new features and follow up to confirm issue resolution.
• Assist in training new employees when requested.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer care or a similar CSR role.
• Native‑level German or C1 proficiency and fluent English.
• Availability for shift‑based schedules.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
