About the role
We are looking for a Junior People Business Partner to support the People agenda across Portugal, including headquarters, plant and sales operations. The role will help create a growth‑focused and engaging environment while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business units to understand needs and drive the execution of the overall People strategy.
- Lead culture and engagement activities that foster a positive and developing workplace.
- Support proactive internal communication processes.
- Assist in the design and delivery of learning and development programmes.
- Implement labour‑relations initiatives in line with company policy.
Required profile
- Degree in Human Resources, International Relations or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an HR or people‑focused environment.
- Strong communication, analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multifunctional team.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
