Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Devoteam is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its growing HR team. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing and placing highly skilled technology professionals across the EMEA region, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source, interview, evaluate and place candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of active and passive technology talent through creative sourcing, referrals and events.
• Conduct interviews via phone, video (Google Meet) and face‑to‑face to match qualifications with job requirements.
• Draft and update detailed job descriptions and ensure timely filling of openings.
• Maintain a qualified candidate pipeline across multiple recruitment platforms.
• Promote Devoteam’s employer brand and ensure accurate candidate data in HR tools.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• At least 1‑2 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in IT.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision‑making skills.
• Fluent in English.
