Junior People Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Junior People Business Partner to support the People agenda across Portugal, including headquarters, plant and sales operations. The role will help drive a growth‑focused and engaging workplace while aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand needs and support the execution of the overall People strategy.
• Lead culture and engagement activities that foster a positive and developing environment.
• Ensure timely and proactive internal communications.
• Support learning and development programs and related processes.
• Implement labor‑relations strategies in line with company policies.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, International Relations or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in an HR or people‑focused role.
• Strong communication, analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a desire to learn and grow.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic, multifunctional team.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
